GEAPS Exchange 2020 Has Been Cancelled

Weeks after postponing GEAPS Exchange 2020 until July, GEAPS has officially cancelled the event. All meetings and events scheduled in conjunction with Exchange 2020 are also cancelled.

Attendee Reimbursement Details

Thank you for supporting GEAPS and Exchange 2020. Your refund can be issued as a reimbursement or as a credit towards future years. Simply complete this form to process your credit or refund. If we have not heard back from you by Friday, May 8, then the money will remain in your account as a credit.

If you would like to support GEAPS, credits can also be given to the organization through the form. Please note any gifts are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution at this time.

Did you store your booth shipment with Hargrove?

Hargrove Customer Service will contact exhibitors with instructions for having your freight picked-up. Feel free to call (301) 306-4627 or email Hargrove Customer Service if you have any questions.

Did you order services/booth furnishings from Hargrove?

Hargrove Customer Service will follow-up directly with exhibitors on order refunds. Feel free to contact Hargrove Customer Service or call (301) 306-4627 if you have further questions or do not hear from Hargrove in the coming weeks.

Did you order Lead Retrieval from CTE?

Exhibitors with existing Lead Retrieval orders through CTE will have their order automatically rolled over to Exchange 2021. You do not need to contact CTE to have your order rolled over.

If necessary, you may instead elect to receive a voucher for one rental to apply to another event that CTE serves. You may contact CTE Customer Service for more information on receiving a voucher.

Did you order AV, TV supplies, etc. through Showcore?

All orders will be cancelled, and full refunds given. No action is required.

Did you order utilities such as electricity, compressed air, etc. from the Convention Center?

The convention center has already processed all cancellations for all orders. Exhibitors should have received a full refund minus 5% of the order and the processing fee for paper order forms (if applicable). No contact is necessary as the convention center is doing all of the cancellations and refunds automatically.

Did you purchase an insurance certificate through John Buttine?

Those purchases will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. No action required here.

Did you reserve your hotel in the GEAPS Room Block?

All hotel reservations made in the GEAPS block (at the Hilton, Hyatt and Millennium) have already been cancelled. There is no action needed from you.

Did you register booth workers?

GEAPS will cancel all existing booth worker registrations. Any additional booth worker passes that were purchased will be refunded.
