2021 Booth Reservation Information

Exchange 2021 Expo Hall Floor Plan

View an online version of the 2021 Expo Hall Floor Plan. This page refreshes every 60 seconds to show booths as they’re being reserved.  You may want to keep an eye on this floor plan leading up to your time to reserve exhibit space to see which booths are still available. By clicking the “+” in the upper right corner of the floor plan you can zoom in to read company names on reserved booths.

You can also view an online version of the 2021 Expo Hall Floor Plan with a letter that indicates price.  The letter will appear when you hover your mouse over a booth space. See the Exchange 2021 Booth Rental Fees below.

Features labeled on the floor plan include:

  • Per a COVID-19 safety protocol, there are separate sets of doors for entering and exiting the exhibit hall.  These are both marked in red at the bottom of the floor plan.
  • The Grain Entrapment Rescue Demo, which will be used for periodic rescue demonstrations with a grain entrapment trailer.
  • One lunch lounge, which will contain our daily lunch offerings as well as seating.
  • Four regular lounges, simply labeled “Lounge,” which will house refreshment breaks and tables/seating as distancing rules allow. Smaller lounges and seating areas may appear as the floor plan evolves.
  • Four Expo Pods,  curtained-off areas offering hands-on learning opportunities scheduled at various times during the expo. The Pod theme is Mobile Technologies for Grain Facilities.
  • The loading docks at the top of the floor plan.

Last-In/First-Out

The booths between booth 1155 and booth 1460 at the rear of each aisle are designated as last in – first out. Hall Diagram
