What is included in a virtual booth?
Each virtual booth includes customizable profile features and booth presence, and ten (10) pre-scheduled 15-minute appointments with attendees through a match-making process. Gather leads virtually and connect with attendees via instant messaging and video (Zoom). Each exhibiting company will also get a copy of the pre- and post-show attendee list, and have either 2, 3 or 4 complimentary exhibitor registrations.
How do virtual leads work?
The virtual platform will track attendee interactions with your booth. You will have access to a report that shows the clicks, what people looked at, and who visited your virtual booth.
When will attendee lists be available?
The pre-show attendee list will be sent to exhibitors after the February 8 early pricing deadline. The post-show attendee list will be sent a few days after the show ends.
How can I add an upgrade or sponsor?
You can add any upgrades and/or sponsorships at the same time that you’re purchasing your booth space. If you have any questions, or need assistance, please contact Brittany.
What is a Product Demo?
Product demos are an upgrade that allows you to put your product front-and-center for all attendees. Add your video to your booth, and we’ll add your demo right to the schedule. During the scheduled demo you’ll have access to use Q&A, chat and live polling functions to engage with attendees.
How does the pre-appointment match-making work?
The match-making systems allows for each exhibitor to rank attendees, and attendees to rank exhibitors, on their desire to meet with them. The system will schedule the meetings so they are already included on the exhibitor and attendee agendas when the conference begins.
