Virtual conference registrations will allow access to the entire virtual conference platform, including all education sessions, the virtual expo hall, and the virtual networking lounge. Registered attendees will also have access to view education sessions from the conference for a month following the conference’s end.
Registrations should be used for one individual only, individuals should not share their log on information with others.
Cancellations for registrations must be received writing to by Feb 8, 2021 in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations received after that date will be non-refundable.
Attendees should contribute to an inclusive, positive, and respectful environment, and should interact with each other and exhibitors in a cooperative and professional manner at all times.
All photographing, filming, taping, recording, reproducing, imaging or capturing in any medium now known or hereafter devised, including via the use of mobile devices (Capturing) of the Event or content, material, presentation, attendees or Exhibitors, Exhibit Hall or exhibits, including any display or equipment, is prohibited, except as allowed with the written consent of GEAPS. Capturing of education or scientific sessions and any of the programs presented at the Event is strictly prohibited.
By participating in the conference and attending any related event or program you consent to be filmed and/or otherwise recorded, and GEAPS’ use of any such recording at any time without further notice for any purpose related to GEAPS’ publicity or promotion.
Any non-exhibitor observed to be soliciting business from any other non-exhibitor, in the exposition hall or any other public space in the virtual conference, will be asked to leave the space immediately. Additional penalties may also be applied. Please report any violations observed to Show Management.
