Exhibitor Registration Package

Thank you for Exhibiting! Exhibiting companies receive two complimentary exhibitor registrations per 100 square feet of booth space. Any individuals working a booth beyond the complimentary registrations must purchase over-allowance registrations for $150.00. All booth staff must be registered. Booth workers should not purchase Expo Only passes.

Exhibitors will receive coupon codes to distribute to customers, which will give them 50% off The Expo Pass

Is there a discount on registration for GEAPS members?

Yes! GEAPS members receive a discount on most registrations. You can become a member of GEAPS when you register, and receive your discount right away!

What are the registration deadlines?

The early bird deadline is March 4, 2022. If you miss this deadline you may still register anytime, up until the day of the Exchange or onsite. However, be sure to register early for the best rates!

Do I need to bring my registration information to the Exchange?

You will need to pick up your badge at the Registration Center in the convention center. Having your registration information will expedite the process, especially if you have your registration barcode. If you forget your registration information we can still look you up!

Pre-registered attendees will have a separate line for picking up their badges.

Can I register onsite?

We do not recommend registering onsite this year. We will be limiting contact with registration staff. Paper forms will not be available to register, you must register online. Cash will not be accepted onsite. You may register online anytime up to your arrival at GEAPS Exchange, even as you are walking in the door, and your badge will be ready and waiting for you to pick up. If you need assistance registration staff will be available to help.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

All registration cancellations must be received in writing/by email.

A full refund will be issued only for cancellations received on or before 30 calendar days in advance of the first day of onsite attendee registration.

No refunds will be issued for the Expo-only passes.

Cancellations received after 30 days in advance, and on or before 3 calendar days in advance of the first day of onsite attendee registration, will be assessed a 25% or $50 minimum administrative fee, whichever is greater.

No refunds are issued for cancellations received after 3 calendar days in advance of the first day of onsite attendee registration (e.g. not later than TU in advance of the SA opening). Exceptions may be granted for personal emergencies. Exceptions must be requested in writing/by email.

Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Registrations can be transferred prior to the Exchange.
